Hotel chain Premier Travel Inn has renewed its business booking and payment processing deal with Atos Worldwide for five years.
The contract will see the Atos Origin subsidiary process business facility request applications, manage credit checking, process transactions, and produce invoices and statements for the hotel firm, part of the Whitbread group.
Atos will also develop and maintain Premier Travel Inn’s account holder and application database and manage the hotel chain’s key customer accounts. The contract is also aimed at ensuring that expense information for Premier’s business customers is produced in a readily available and cost effective way.
Peter Gardiner, director of sales at Premier Travel Inn, said: “We place great importance on customer relationship management ensuring that our customers have the highest possible levels of service.” Atos had been helping the company achieve this target, he said.
