HP and Informatica announced a portfolio of integrated BI solutions that help customers accelerate business decisions by giving them access to information, the vendor claimed.
These offerings combine Informatica's data integration capabilities with HPs Neoview enterprise data warehouse platform and BI strategic consulting and implementation services.
"Customers view information as a strategic asset and yet they struggle to access their data to accelerate decision making. These solutions will empower our clients to reduce their information-related costs," said Thomas E. Hogan, Executive VP- Software and Solutions, HP.
The portfolio of integrated data management solutions will include HPs master data management services, Neoview, and information quality management services combined with Informatica's data integration platform, said the company.
"HP and Informatica have provided data integration solutions for more than 10 years," said Sohaib Abbasi, Chairman and CEO, Informatica. "The new combined offerings will allow organizations to derive business value from their information assets while improving quality and IT efficiency," he added.
