Clothing brand Barbour has appointed David Cottage as head of its global ecommerce operations.
Cottage will be responsible for developing the brand online and will work closely with Barbour global head of marketing Paul Wilkinson.
Most recently, Cottage was head of ecommerce at HP - he left HP last September - and prior to that he held ecommerce and online roles at Santander, Belron and Hasbro.
In addition, Barbour has appointed Paul Johnson Barnett as global head of distribution. He was was previously logistics and supply chain director at Hobbycraft.
Recent research found that online Burberry, Dr Martens and Barbour were among the most searched for British brands overseas.
