Apple chief's email hints at printing for iPad

Email from Steve Jobs hints at printing implementation for the iPad.

Steve Jobs continues to fire back emails to Apple fans posing questions to him.

According to a story on, an Apple customer asked him why there were no printing facilities on the iPad, and Steve Jobs' reply was "it will come."

Although it's hard to authenticate these stories, Steve Jobs has started to respond more frequently to emails from Apple customers; and some of the emails have hinted at future products or services (if in a somewhat short and cryptic manner).

The inability to print from the iPad is seen as a shortfall by some customers, and businesses (although hardly a deal-breaking feature) and implementation of printing would no doubt improve the device's functionality.
