Sports equipment maker Nike has signed a five year, global outsourcing contract with Siemens.
The deal will see Siemens provide global service desk, desktop support services and asset management, along with bespoke services.
Nike expects Siemens to provide consistent services.
"When fully rolled out, Siemens will support 11 languages and ensure end-to-end resolution to all incidents and service requests," said Roland Paanakker, Nike vice president and chief information officer.
Siemens did not disclose financial details of the agreement.
