Global law firm Linklaters is adopting a new IT service management platform.
Linklaters is migrating to Axios Systems' assyst platform to support worldwide operations in 29 offices across 20 countries.
The global implementation of assyst is expected to support Linklaters' business processes across a variety of departments including IT, HR and facilities.
Adrian Hubbard, IT service and process manager at Linklaters, said: "We made the decision to invest in a new service management toolset to enable us to meet our current and future strategic objectives, replacing our current, highly-customised and outdated legacy solution.
"Axios have demonstrated a flexible approach supported by high quality and responsive technical support."
A while back Linklaters, which employs around 5,000 staff worldwide, implemented what it called a "user-orientated" enterprise search platform from Autonomy.
In the News International hacking scandal Linklaters was brought in by the company to trawl through email evidence.
