A quick and easy way to terminate troublesome processes



When a program or process crashes, it can cause a series of problems with your computer, and often the best thing to do is to simply terminate the troublesome application and relaunch. But if a program has crash, it will often not respond to requests to close it down completely, and this when you may have to consider forcing a termination.

Ordinarily, you would turn to Windows’ built in Task Manager to achieve this, but sometimes this can take too long. Launching the Task Manager can be fiddly and there is no guarantee that the dialog will open up with the correct tab activated.
