The BBC is inviting women with digital and technology skills to a networking event to learn about available jobs at the organisation.

The BBC is particularly interested in hearing from women with interest, skills or experience as business analysts, content producers, QA test analysts, software engineers, UX designers, web developers, project managers and product managers.

At the event, women will have the opportunity to meet the BBC teams from divisions such as mobile, games, Red Button, homepage and research and development.

These teams will share their experiences of working in these areas, as well as what their plans are for the future.

“This event is a valuable chance to find out more about our vision, what we create and deliver, and to understand more about what career opportunities there are with us,” the BBC advert states.

The event will take place at MediaCityUK in Salford Quays on 14 September at 6.30pm.

To apply for a place at the event, CVs should be emailed to [email protected] with ‘FM Event’ in the subject headline by 5 September.
