Diary manufacturer Charles Letts has selected Epicor Vantage enterprise resource planning (ERP) suite to support its future business needs.
Charles Letts, a division of stationary and diary giant Letts Filofax Group, will replace a legacy manufacturing resource planning system that is no longer supported by its vendor.
Kenny Skivington, business information analyst for Charles Letts, said Epicor’s system demonstrated the flexibility the firm needed to meet its our business requirements without major modification.
He added that Vantage could be customised by Charles Letts “rather than expensive bespoke programming”.
The software is designed to streamline the order cycle and allow management in real time, maximising efficiency and reducing costs.
