Kazeon IS1200-ECS provides pre-built

templates containing the most common rules

and patterns for healthcare, financial

services, high technology manufacturing and

data privacy compliance. These templates

enable IT to rapidly and proactively mitigate

risk for specific regulatory and business

requirements such as HIPAA, SEC 17a-4,

SOX, and the PCI data security standard.

 

 

 

Furthermore, IS1200-ECS marries a

proactive policy enforcement engine with its

intelligent indexing capabilities. To this end,

IS1200-ECS can be configured to periodically

scan a company s environment for newly

created or modified files. If it finds a file that

may contain confidential or sensitive

information, it will flag it and then can either

notify a security officer, or move, copy,

encrypt, or delete the file based on a defined

policy. IS1200-ECS supports the ability to

set up policies that allow flagged files to be

moved to encrypted storage, copied to

compliance based storage media such as

NetApp s SnapLock or EMC s Centera (e.g.

WORM storage), or immediately deleted.

 

Using the intelligent index that it creates,

IS1200-ECS can provide detailed reporting

and search capabilities on the usage and
