Andrew Buss, Service Director, Freeform Dynamics
As a Service Director, Andrew is a member of the Freeform Dynamics management team, and is responsible for managing the company's services portfolio for both end user and vendor organisations. As an active analyst, Andrew covers end-user client computing and access and infrastructure communications technologies.

Andrew has been an industry analyst since 2001. Prior to joining Freeform Dynamics he held a variety of senior positions within Canalys, developing services across both client (notebooks, desktops & tablets; smartphones, PDAs & navigation) and infrastructure (server & datacenter; IP routing, switching & wireless; security). Prior to this Andrew worked as a consultant in IT Service Level management working in diverse industries including government, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and publishing.


Nigel Green, Enterprise Product Manager, Dell
Nigel has more than 17 years experience in the UK computer industry. Including over 14 years supporting UK business on Dell's server and storage products. Nigel has been involved with every generation of Dell Server products and has played a part in Dell's rapid growth as an Enterprise solutions provider in the EMEA marketplace.

Nigel's previous roles at Dell have included working as an Enterprise Systems Consultant with the Dell Channel Sales Team, Pre-Sales Technical Consultant for UK & Ireland Small & Medium Business customers, Technical Account Manager and a number of Technical Support roles.


Rory Choudhuri, Senior Product Manager EMEA, VMWare
Rory Choudhuri is the senior product marketing manager for VMware in EMEA. He is responsible for product marketing for vSphere, the industry's most trusted virtualization platform, and for vCenter Site Recovery Manager, which provides manageable and automated disaster prevention and recovery. His other responsibilities include defining, positioning and driving the execution of the go-to-market plan for vSphere products.

With 20 years experience working in marketing for a range of technology companies, Rory has successfully led marketing campaigns and training services that have driven revenues significantly.

Previously, he was the Global Service marketing manager for Tellabs, where he managed internal and external marketing and the promotion and training of all Tellabs' services, with a primary focus on professional and consulting services. He also implemented a comprehensive communications programme using social networking tools to broaden the company's service message, alongside traditional collateral.

During his time at 3Com, Rory owned, guided and managed a successful $2m annual reseller/user conference and established a network of Authorised Training Centres to provide classroom-based training in EMEA and LATAM.

Rory speaks two additional languages (Hindi and Bengali) and has a degree in Business Commerce from St Xavier's College, Calcutta University. He is also a registered PRINCE2 Practitioner and a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
