His other published work includes appearances in The Wall Street Journal Europe, BBC News Online, The Guardian and CFO magazine.

Mandy has nearly 30 years IT experience, 23 years of which have been with TNT Express, working in a number of areas such as Database Administration and Mainframe Systems Programming. For the past 5 years she has worked with WebSphere Application Server and Portal on Linux distributed systems and currently manages a team of 16 technical specialists responsible for the day-to-day support of a number of Application Middleware products.

Tommy Hvid is Head of the Webtechnology Department at JN Data. Tommy has extensive experience with Webtechnology focusing on Infrastructure and Application Integration (Management), IBM Websphere, Oracle Weblogic and Microsoft Internet Information Server platforms. Tommy is the initiator of strategic APM activities both as a stakeholder and ambassador at JN Data.
