Open Source Barometer Shows Preferences for XP for Windows Users

In a previous post “Stack Wars: If you have a choice use it, don’t lose it” I discussed the results of the “Second Open Source Barometer” that showed differences between evaluation and deployment choices. Here, users were equally likely to evaluate on Windows or Linux, but were twice as likely to deploy on Linux as opposed to Windows.
