FDM Group hosts women in IT networking event
Opportunity for students and graduates to learn more about working in the industry

Female students, graduates and IT professionals are invited to attend an event where they can hear from inspirational women and learn more about working in the technology industry.
The FDM Women in IT Advantage Session, hosted by IT training and services provider FDM Group, is a free event taking place in London next week.
Inspirational women speaking at the event include Gillian Arnold, founder of IT services and staffing company Tectre. Arnold is chair of BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT’s group for female members, BCSWomen, and also won the inspiration of the year award at the everywoman in Technology Awards this year.
Another speaker is Maria Ingold, head of technology for Sony and Disney-owned, video-on-demand company FilmFlex Movies. With 21 years of experience in interactive multimedia, games, TV and film, her responsibilities at FilmFlex include setting the company’s technical strategy and architecting its technical solutions.
