UK Oracle User Group deputy chair joins Constellation Research board
Debra Lilley joins Ray Wang's research analyst firm

Debra Lilley, director and deputy chair of the UK Oracle User Group, has been appointed to the board of advisors at research analyst firm Constellation Research.
Lilley, who is also a principal Oracle consultant at Fujitsu, will join currently six other members of the board, which includes HR technology expert Naomi Bloom, CRM applications expert Erin Kinikin and IT commentator Dennis Howlett.

Constellation Research’s board of advisors is responsible for guiding research direction, advising on business strategy and providing mentoring.
In particular, in her 12-month position at the research analyst firm, Lilley will be responsible for helping analysts see the end user’s point of view, as well as providing analysis on research.
“Our primary focus is writing research and delivering advisory to the end user.
“Debra’s strong user advocacy, creative approach to problem solving, and passion for the buyer will help shape our research agenda and advisory for years to come”, said Ray Wang, principal analyst and CEO at Constellation Research.
Other positions held by Lilley include leader of the Product Development Committee for the International Oracle Users Group Community (IOUC), focusing on Oracle’s Fusion enterprise applications.
