The company, now owned by HP, was found to have lied in sales pitches about timescales for completing a large CRM implementation at BSkyB, in order to win the deal over rival bidder PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The court order for payment comes 10 years after the fateful project began, and follows extensive out of court wrangling, followed by 109 days in front of a judge and hundreds of thousands of pages of supporting evidence.
