'Dishonest' sales pitch claim under scrutiny

Sky is seeking £709m in damages from IT services contractor EDS for allegedly acting "dishonestly" when pitching for an IT services contract.

With reputations at stake and so much money on the line, the case has put the spotlight on service contracts and the need for both sides to get them right from the outset.
