British Computer Society
BCS is the leading professional body for those working in IT. We have over 60,000 members in more than 100 countries and are the qualifying body for Chartered IT Professionals (CITP).

Professional Contractors Group
PCG's aim is to be the voice of freelancers, working with Government and industry to protect and promote freelancing and freelancers, on a local, national and European level. PCG seeks to be the heart of the freelance community, supporting and nurturing its members through all parts of the freelance life cycle, as well as offering commercial support, fostering peer support and encouraging new ways of working.
ScotlandIS
The trade body for the information and communications technologies (ICT) industry, ScotlandIS represents around 200 software, telecomms, IT and creative technologies businesses throughout Scotland.
The Independent HP User Group
The HP User Group (UK) currently has over 1500 members and as news about the services grows expect this to increase to over 2000 members during this year. Following the merger of Compaq and HP, mirrored by the mergers of their User Groups, HPUG is now the primary focus for HP users (excluding Non-Stop Users) in the UK.
The IT Service Management Forum
The itSMF is the only truly independent and internationally-recognised forum for IT Service Management professionals worldwide. This not-for-profit organisation is a prominent player in the on-going development and promotion of IT Service Management "best practice", standards and qualifications and has been since 1991.
The National Computing Centre
The National Computing Centre (NCC) is the single largest and most diverse corporate membership body in the UK IT sector. NCC champions the effective deployment of IT to maximise the competitiveness of its members' business, and serves the corporate, vendor and government communities.
The SAP User Group
We are an independent organisation, operated and managed for the benefit of our members. We provide meetings and discussion forums in a neutral environment where users can network, exchange experiences, and receive presentations from selected relevant companies. We provide numerous events throughout the year, covering a wide range of topics relevant to the operation and implementation of SAP software, and including presentations by users on their own experiences, by SAP the latest development in their products (sometimes including pre-launch information), and by selected vendors on their products where we feel these will be relevant and of interest.
The Society of Information Technology Management
The Society of Information Technology Management was founded in 1986 as the professional association for ICT managers working in and for the public sector. Members are drawn primarily from local authorities but also from the police and fire services, housing authorities and other locally delivered public service.
UK Computer Measurement Group
UKCMG (UK Computer Measurement Group) is a user group association of Information Technology professionals, the purpose of which is to exchange information about issues affecting the management, planning, performance and administration of computer systems, and to share expertise and experience if products , processes and services. We share information in a number of ways - across the Internet, at Conferences, Masterclasses and at Regional Meetings.
